Mind you we then have a 2 year old and a 3 month old infant, in a 89 degree house in 100+ degree August weather.... after my husband called me, I immediately called. A tech was dispatched to our house within the hour, he diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed what he could, ordered the remaining parts, and was kind enough to bring us out a window air to help keep the house a safe temperature for the baby. Anthony was beyond courtious and professional, he had us up and running again within 48 hours. He worked his tail off for us when most people would have just clocked out and went home. The gentleman who came was polite and treated me with respect even tho I asked a lot of questions since this is my first house and first problem. He explained the issue, fixed the issue and even pointed out a couple of other possible problems on the roof to check out. I can't say a bad thing this company.”
“I must say , I have never met such wonderful people as I have , with Comforts, Nick went above and beyond coming to give me a quote I the week before had another company I always previously used , cleaned & serviced my unit on Wednesday, was told I was good to go , turn ac on Thurs night , not much relief if any by sat morning it was over 90 , in here, I'm on 24 7 oxygen & the heat is very hard on me , that was the weekend of the river festival. I called the same company bk & all of a sudden I'm told my a coil has holes & need replaced , 8,000-10,000!!!! I called comfort & one other for quoted Nick came with comfort & before he left asked if his tech, Troy could look at my unit , Troy was here when I got home & was putting freon in , yes one small hole was in the coil but not enough to effect it from cooling with freon , been a week almost & going g into 105% weather, Nick has said don't worry if that doesn't hold no matter , I could get some portable units too, Any way I hadn't even said yes to the bid yet& he even called to check on if it was still cooling, well that service & kindness sealed in deal for me , I will definitely go with them & they will keep me safe & cool from the heT until, the can get installed!!!!! What a Company, awesome service trustworthy & honest & caring !!! HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
